Summary

Closing the Report instead of directing it to the Report Landing Page, application directs to the Dashboard in Case Manager Portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Report from the Case Manage Portal.
2. Click Close icon. Application directs to Dashboard.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.

User has configured dynamic container with single document mode.

In single document mode, when the user navigates to another document, any Clipboard pages which are not required are removed.

So after clicking on close icon in report definition, it does not have context.

Hence, it is redirected to home page, that is, dashboard.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

After performing below local change, the report closing issue was solved.

But the drilldown reports when closed were throwing exception.

Specifying the userpage in the replace harness action set to "pyReportContentPage" resolves the issue.
