Cluster of MultiSelects throw a single mandatory error

Summary
The user wants to display three multi select fields on the screen, and all of them are mandatory. The user configured the multi select using the OOTB multi select control and configured them as mandatory.
When the user tries to submit with out selecting a value in the multi select, there was mandatory error message only on the first multi select control but the next two controls are not displayed any errors on. Please not the system does not allow the user to submit with out selecting all the mandatory fields, it the visual representation of the error that seems broken.
Error Messages
* Value cannot be blank
Steps to Reproduce
- In a flow action add three multi select controls and make them mandatory.
- Submit with out selecting any values, only one error message appears instead of 3 (one per each field)

name attribute was missing in Select tag for multiselect control,
