Start tomcat and observe logs.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
In releases prior to Pega 7.2.1 it was required to start a hazelcast instance, shut it down, then start another using the auto increment facility.
This means that in this release it is required that at the least two consecutive ports be opened for use by hazelcast It is not possible in this release to limit hazelcast to one port number.

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
This architecture is in all releases prior to Pega 7.2.1.
