Coaching tips were invisible for some service intents



Coaching tips for some service intents were not visible sometimes. A blank screen appeared, instead, when the service intent was launched for first time. This issue occurred in IE9 when two intent tasks were launched, which enabled coaching tip, and navigated between the intents. There were no such issues when IE11 was used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch any two service intents, which has enabled coaching tip.
2. Switch between the intents.
3. Hover on the coaching tip.

Root Cause

The issue is due to a defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The problem is related to context switching. In CACoachingTipDisplay section, when printing pyWorkPage.pyID and switching, Interaction ID appeared in the logs instead of Intent task ID.
