Column in the grid not expandable

Summary
Column in the grid not expandable.
When grid is configured with width as fill 100%, the whenever we are trying to expand the column it is not expanding as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure grid with width as fill 100%
2. Check column resizing option in the operations tab.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-18689, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
