Column headers are misaligned with the content of table

Summary
After updating Pega Platform 8.1.3 to Pega Platform 8.1.6, tables with Progressive pagination enabled column headers are misaligned with the content. Column headers stay fixed even when the table content expands the cell.

Steps to Reproduce
Open any screen which displays the table and its content with Progressive Pagination.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Update to Pega Platform 8.1.7.
