Column Population jobs for System-Queue-ServiceLevel do not work

Summary
A pxassignmenthandle column is exposed in the System-Queue-ServiceLevel class and Column Population jobs are run. The system fails to populate values to the exposed column.
Error Messages
[PegaRULES-Batch-10] [STANDARD] [ ] [Incremental:01.01.01] (exposecols.tasks.ExposeWrapper) INFO - Skipping System-Queue-ServiceLevel, because it does not exist.
Steps to Reproduce
- Expose pxassignmenthandle in pr_sys_queue_sla table.
- Run the Column Population jobs from the Report Optimization wizard.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53508.
