Comma separator values are breaking when extracting using BIX

Summary
BIX extract to Comma Separated Value format places properties in the wrong column when properties have embedded commas.

Steps to Reproduce
- Created a BIX extract with output as a Comma Separated Values (CSV)
- Include properties where values can contain the comma (,) character
- Run extract and view as CSV file
Root Cause
This is expected behavior.
Resolution
Use one of the following solutions:
- Change the BIX output to XML.
- If third-party interpretation cannot accept XML output, change the BIX extract to specify a delimiter other than a comma by using the command-line argument "-l" when running a command-line BIX extract.
