Steps to Reproduce
- Create an application with a few work objects on Pega 7.1.7.
- Configure the sample extract using the out-of-the-box configuration files (bix.bat,bix.xml). If the credentials(<arg line="-a"/><arg value="Admin.TestOne"/> <arg line="-p"/><arg value="rules"/>) in the bix.xml are not passed to the application, the Business Intelligence Exchange execution does not result in the access related errors
- Repeat the above steps on Pega 7.3.1. Errors display in the logs
Root Cause
Access Permission was enabled on the thread that was used in the command-line Business Intelligence Exchange Extraction .
Resolution
Apply HFix-45569.
