Completed intents are not updated with task in progress as false

When a task in Pega 7.1.7 with Customer Process Manager (CPM) 7.1.3 is closed, the "Task in progress" property is not successfully set to false.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch intent tasks in tabbed navigation CPM and close all the launched intent tabs.
2. Check the CAPortalInteraction.Completedtasks page list having property "Task in progress" . It should be false for closed intent tabs, but it is always true.

Root Cause

In CPM v7.1.3, "CAVerticalLogTaskCompleted" activity and "CAVerticalInteractionDriverScripts HTML fragment are no longer used for closing the intent task.

CAPortalInteraction.Completedtasks page list is also not available on the clipboard. User's application is still using rules carried from CPM 6.x version.

Modify the "CAVerticalInteractionDriverScripts HTML fragment code to remove the condition check in "handleProcessTabNavClose" function.
