Complex Question with checkbox on selection displays error

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega Platform 8.1.1, unable to use legacy Survey rules.
While testing a Complex Question with multiple checkboxes which contains a refresh logic to load the remaining questions based on the option selected, an error occurs while refreshing the section.
Error Messages
Survey Name Cannot be Blank
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Survey with a Complex Question containing multiple checkboxes.
- Add a Refresh logic to load the remaining questions.
- Upgrade the system to Pega Platform 8.1.1.
- Run the Survey.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The old Survey rules names in sections were hardcoded.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Upgrade the Survey rules names to match the Pega-Survey:08-01 standard which is prefixed with pz or py.
