Summary

After installing compatibility hotfixes for PRPC 6.2 SP2, running on IE11, it is observed that the out-of-the-box composite portals are not loading. A blank screen displays instead.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install compatibility hotfixes for PRPC 6.2 SP2 and IE11
2. Open out-of-the-box composite portal in IE11.

Root Cause

Fiddler data indicates that the User-Agent present in the request header as AD1 instead of the expected  MSIE7.

Resolution

Check with the application server team if the User-Agent is set at the application server level. On removing the same, the behavior works correctly.
