Composite view does not load while in screen flow



In Pega 7.2 with Customer Service 7.21 (CPM 7.21), new configuration has been created in order to have a "Service" actually running a Screen Flow.

But when the screenflow loads, the composite and left side interaction driver menu does not load.

Error Messages

Not applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create service case type which has a screen flow.
2. Initiate this service case by clicking on add task button once customer is identified.
3. Add Task button on left navigation as well as composite does not load.
4. As soon as we end screenflow, it loads correctly.

Root Cause

Only one screen flow harness has been fully updated to work with the new Interaction Portal and ideally the harness "TabbedScreenFlow" should be used.

To continue using the PerformScreenFlow harness, update it to match the changes in the TabbedScreenFlow harness so the Container of the harness only contains the Work-.CPMPerformIncludes.


​Instead of using "TabbedScreenFlow7" work with "TabbedScreenFlow" harness, to resolve the issue.
