Data flow executions are slowing down at the end of each data flow.

Error Messages

Not applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Run a high volume data flow.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. No facility to configure the multiplier in Dataflow settings dialog.

Perform the following local-change steps:
  1. Apply HFix-29821.The hot fix introduces an additional field named "Batch Scalability factor" to implement the configurable multiplier for data flow assignment size. By default the value is set to '2'.
  2. Per environment configuration set the "Batch Scalability factor" to a higher value by navigate to Designer Studio > Decisioning >Infrastructure > Services > Data Flow.
  3. Click "Edit settings".
