Confirm harness displays though assignment is present in flow

Summary



The confirm harness displays even though the assignment is present in the flow. This occurs in the mobile offline mode.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a flow with an assignment in it
  2. Open the case to that assignment
  3. Route the assignment to an operator. The confirm harness displays instead of the perform harness


Root Cause



This is as per Pega Product design.


Resolution

Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:

Routing is not supported in the mobile offline mode.
