Confirmation popup does not display when closing Interaction tab



Closing an Interaction tab for an open Interaction case, does not display the pop up with confirmation in Pega Customer Service (CS) 7.22.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an Interaction case 
  2. Close the Interaction case tab by clicking the 'X' on the tab

Root Cause

This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.


An enhancement request, FDBK-16317, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
