Connect-REST with client cert not working

Summary
When running a Connect-REST in 7.1.3 the client certificate set up for the endpoint is not attached.
Error Messages
None. A simple http 500 response is returned when testing the connector.
Steps to Reproduce
Make a connect rest rule and setup a dynamic outbound endpoint assignment for the host in websphere 7.1. Then observe the certificate not being attached.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. This issue is resolved in PRPC 7.1.6. Please also see Hfix-9653 for 7.1.5.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by applying the prhttpcomponents-client-4.1.2.jar from 7.1.6 to PRPC 7.1.3. This is a temporary solution. This issue is resolved in PRPC 7.1.6.
