Connect-SOAP does not allow XML Page as data type

Summary
There was an existing application working Connect-SOAP in 5.5 GA and it is upgraded to 6.3 SP1. On creating new Connect-SOAP 'Axis Version' is set to 'Axis 2' by default and does not allow to change data type as 'XML Page' on request and response tab.

Steps to Reproduce
- Import a wsdl using 'connector & metadata wizard'
- Open the generated Connect-SOAP rule
- go to Advanced tab and notice the Axis Version
- try to change the 'data type' as XML Page in Request or Response tab & Save; notice the error in the rule form
Root Cause
'Axis 1.2.1' is default verion for the PRPC 5.4; starting PRPC 5.5 default Axis version is 'Axis2'. Axis2 needs the datatype to be 'XML literal' and functionally data types 'XML literal' and 'XML page' are the same.
Resolution
Axis2 requires the datatype to be 'XML literal' and functionally data types 'XML literal' and 'XML page' are the same.
