Connect SOAP WSDL file import error

Summary
When you try to upload a WSDL file for a SOAP Connect rule, you get the below error on screen.
Error Messages
Source location: This field may not be blank.
Steps to Reproduce
Connectors > Create SOAP Integration > then select "From File" option and then select a .WSDL file then click next then you will see error message.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules in the SOAP connect code that causes validation to fail.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Pega 7.1.6.
