In-consistent multiple Window warning

Summary
MultipleWindowWarning is not showing for every session(tab) opened in same Internet Explorer Window.
Open manager portal in multiple tabs of same Internet Explorer window. Warning shows only for some tabs. This is not working with User, Manager portals. For developer portals it works fine.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Start any PRPC 6.3 SP1 instance and log-in with default Manager credentials.
2) Open another tab and launch the same URL. Perform the action multiple times.
Root Cause
Thread windowcheck logic for composite portals was breaking.
Resolution
Apply HFix-28923.
