Constant slowness or server issues when using Pega 7

Summary



User have recently installed Pega 7.1.7 and after that system seems to crash frequently and is too slow. In the Catalina logs "cannot allocate memory" error is found.

Error Messages



Cannot allocate memory.

Steps to Reproduce



Not Applicable

Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment, there is issue with the java patch update 67 (JDK1.7_67) which user has installed.

Resolution



Downgrade the jdk to JDK1.7_25 or  to use the latest jdk version then upgrade to JDK1.7_79.
