  1. Attach a DOC file to a work object.
  2. Use the ConvertAttachmentToPDF flow action to convert the attached file to PDF and attach it.


Root Cause



A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

ConvertAttachmentToPDF flow action is a deprecated functionality.
