CorrNew activity does not send mail for work parties.

Steps to Reproduce
- Apply HFix-49280 to add the CorrNew call in the pzSendSimpleEmail activity.
- Configure an Email Smartshape.
- Choose party names.
- Select a Party which is not available along with parties that are available in the work object. Not Available party must be the last party parameter in the Smartshape.
- Execute the flow. The corrCreate is not invoked since PartyRole is not set.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Choose the party which exists in the work object as the last parameter for the Send Email Smartshape.
