Could not fetch result for a Code Set

Summary



After installing Healthcare Industry Foundation(HCIF) 7.14, opening a code set is not fetching results as mentioned in Installation guide.


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



1. Log into Code Manager portal.
2. Click on code sets from side navigation.
3. Click on a Code set.
4. Observe that the code and code set description table is not displayed.


Root Cause



Upon investigation user could see that the details of a code set is loaded from the data page D_DSMCodeList for DSM code set.

That is, the repeat grid is loaded with the datapage.

If user tries to run the data page at developer end, not fetching results with Out-of-thebox (OOTB) login 'CodeManager'.

But where as at user end, one could see the results properly on running the data page stand alone.
When comparing tracer, observed that the pxRetrieveSearchData itself is not fetching results at developer end. So tried re-indexing of All Data and then the data is fetched properly.

Resolution



User is required to re-index all data.
