Could not search for a contact in Care Management Application



Could not search for a contact while creating a 'New Program Enrollment' case in Care Management.

Error Messages

"Could not open the attachment"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the system and create a new application.
2. Launch Case Worker portal.
3. Try to create a 'New Program Enrollement' case.
4. Search for a contact and see the error message on the screen.

Root Cause

After creating an application or after creating any new class In CMF, developer was not saving a ‘CMF Configuration Page’ so the sample data could not be accessed from the correct class. The installation guide covers this issue.


After creating an application in CMF, go to ‘Designer Studio’, Click on ‘CMF Cofig Page’ and Save the rule. Run the use case to see the sample data comes properly while searching.
