Couldn't refer the webservice context in Connect-SOAP header

SA-18879

Summary



These services expects the service context from the Connect-SOAP header along with token but they couldn't set the same from activity/DT. Context is generated but it is not working.

Error Messages



Run time exception related to web service authentication.


Steps to Reproduce



1) Retrieve documentum service context using a java step.
2) Try to set the context in Connect-SOAP header.
3) Execute Connect-SOAP.


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules and it is a regression issue.

Resolution

The issue is resolved refer to "Connect-SOAP missing header security properties-(SA-12202)". Hfix-20726 is provided.
