Count does not reflect on transferring case between team members



In Case Manager portal, when case is transferred between team members using drag and drop, the count does not reflect after transferring the assignment.
The count reflects only on refreshing the widget manually.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the Case Manager portal
  2. Enable drag and drop 
  3. Create a case
  4. Transfer the assignment from one team member to another using drag and drop

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.


Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: 

Pega only supports drag and drop assignments from the worklist to a particular team member.

The Refresh button in the team members gadget is also not supported by Pega.
