CPM Campaigns do not allow for class names longer than 30 chars

Summary
You cannot create/save a Campaign rule (Rule-PegaCA-Intent-Campaign) if you provide a class name with more than 30 characters in the "Opportunity Class" field of the campaign rule form.
Error Messages
OpportunityClass: "PegaCPMHC-Work-UpdateContactCommOption" is too long, maximum length allowed is 30
Steps to Reproduce
Create a Campaign rule and enter a class name, which is longer than 30 characters, in the Opportunity Class field to observe the issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is the size restriction (Max Length is set to 30 in the advance tab of the property) in the property “OpportunityClass”.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22762.
