CPM select action pane is not tab accessible

Summary
The left hand pane which houses the "Select Action" aread in CPM 6.2 SP4, is not tab accessible to support accessibility.
Resolution
The CPM product is not currently designed to be an 'accessible' application. Plans to provide accessibility support in a future version possibly be available in 2015.
