CPU contention generated from the JNDIEnvironment class.

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the YourKit sampling for the application and inspect the CPU time spent.

Root Cause

The contention is generated as a result of using HashMap from the mLocalBeanName reference in JNDIEnvironment.getDelegate(String, String, String, boolean, boolean)
