Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Pega Marketing portal with PegaNBAM:Agents access group
- Create an Offer
- Create a Segment
Root Cause
RMHeader section rule is available in PegaMKT-RevisionManagement ruleset and also in Pega-DecisionManager ruleset. The RMHeader section rule is picked from Pega-DecisionManager ruleset as user has this ruleset in application ruleset stack.
The visibility condition in the dynamic layout in Pega-DecisionManager ruleset is stated below.
"!IsCheckInAction && !IsDeleteAction && !pyIsBranchCheckOutAction &&!pyIsDeleteCheckOutAction && !pyIsDecisionPortal"
"pyIsDecisionPortal" condition checks whether the portal is DecisionPortal or PegaMarketing portal. Therefore, the visibility condition evaluates to false.
Resolution
Remove Pega-DecisionManager ruleset from top application ruleset.
