Create Feedback not sent to PMF



When user tries to create a feedback item via the pushpin tool, instead of creating a feedback item in PMF, PRPC creates a work object in the local system.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable feedback in a test system and ensure PMF URL is accurate.
  2. Open a user portal and submit feedback via the pushpin.
  3. Check PMF and see that no feedback is created.
  4. Check the PR_OTHER table in your test system and see that the feedback item was created there.

Root Cause

Project tracking is not enabled.


Enable Project Tracking for the application in the settings and give the Product ID for a PMF Product that exists on the PMF server.
