On selecting a class version in 'Created in version' field from the class rule form, valid rule-set version list does not populate.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a new class or open an existing class definition ruleform. Verify if 'Created in version' is populated based on the open ruleset versions.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
pySPRuleSetName property was not set in the ruleform. The @baseclass.RuleFormMain section was updated and the pyRuleSetName_RF control was included to populate the pySPRuleSetName property.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45486.
