Credit reference number isn't getting populated properly

Summary
For all the Master Card Reason codes, when we create case in Acquirer and we select representment qualifier 2011 (Credit Previously Issued) we are not getting the MMT as expected. The expected MMT should be in the format "CRED CreditIssuedDate CreditARD”, displayed as “Credit Previously Issued" as the data element field, and the representment qualifiers tab in the reason code rule is blank for representment code 2011.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a MasterCard acquirer case.
- Process the case by selecting any MasterCard reason code.
- Check the MMT display format after reviewing the acquirer case.
