CSHC application rule referencing 07-14 versions of HCIF.

SA-31619

Summary

When trying to run an out of the box Customer Service for Healthcare demo the user is seeing errors 'Request from Server failed'..

In the tracer the user sess:

"Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'COMMITSAVEORDELETES' that applies to '@baseclass. "

It seems the only HCIF related rulesets deployed are in version 07-21-xx, not 07-14-xx.

Despite this the CSHC applicaiton rule is referencing an older 07-14 version of the HCIF rulesets.

Pega CS for HC 7.21 is currently still listed as dependent on HCIF 7.14 as opposed to HCIF 7.21.

The following software has been installed:

Pega 7.2.1
HCIF 7.21
CSHC 7.21

Steps to Reproduce

Follow the Testing the Installation section of the CWS Installation Guide.

Root Cause

The installation was done using the HCIF 7.21 version but CSHC 7.21 is released on HCIF 7.1.4 version so there is need to change in CSHC application rule to use HCIF 7.21 rulesets
