CSV Extracts no longer work after installing HFix-29177

Summary
After installing a DL item that contains HFix-29177, all instances found for the extract fail with the same error.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the BIX extract rule with output set to CSV.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
HFix-29177 introduced an issue where all extracted instances would throw the above error when outputting to CSV files.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34495 to resolve this issue.
