Summary
CSV file does not generate correctly when values, in the Description field on the Case screen, include a comma (,) or a new line (/n). The Description field is a text area field where any value can be entered.

- Include a text area field in the Case screen.
- Configure the Extract rule to include that property.
- Run the BIX report.

Fields containing line breaks (CRLF), double quotes, and commas must be enclosed in double-quotes.
