CTI does not pass UUI parameters after blind transfer

Summary



PegaCALL component, Route event, must be used for routing decisions. The route event contains the User-To-User Information (UUI) variables, but PegaCALL does not map the data from the Java Telephony API (JTAPI) message to pyApplicationData element in the Extensible Markup Language (XML). After blind transfer call and receiving it, .pyApplicationData is empty.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Call the BlindTransfer data transform before transfer, where the pyApplicationData("userCPMInteractionID") is set.
2. Blind transfer.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. There is a defect with UUI blind transfers in PegaCAll 7.1.3.2.

Resolution



Upgrade PegaCALL to 7.1.3.3.
