CTI Link not display session data after failover



After the primary AES server goes down and fails over to a second node, the PegaCALL dashboard no longer displays the session information.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Primary AES server goes down.
2. CTI Link successfully flips over to failover server.
3. Observe the sessions information through the "CTI Links" utility.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Apply HFix-24193 which updates the activity GetComponentsAsPageList and sets the right pzInsKey for the faliover link page.
