CTI Soft phone failed to logout of CTI server
Logout from CTI SoftPhone was not working and it gives an error "Failed to log out of the CTI Server" in PRPC 6.3 SP2.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch the PRPC application.
2. Select the Phone option from the Operator.
3. Login to CTI soft phone by providing necessary details.
3. Click Log out.
Root cause of the issue was due to wrong “Reason code” being passed to Cisco CTI.
The Reason code was hard coded as ‘0’ in Rule-Obj-Activity ChannelServices-Session-CtiLink-Local Logout.
Reported issue was resolved usingr Hfix-20402, which changes the Logout activity in ChannelServices-Session-CTILink-Local to retrieve the Reason code and use this.
