Summary
Custom agent is not working and throwing an invalid Reference exception.
Error Messages
Exception at 20160923T230000.099 GMT: com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidReferenceException: The reference ClipboardPage is not valid.
Steps to Reproduce
Restart Agent.
Root Cause
A step page was defined as "Primary" in the activity configured through Agent.
Resolution
Replacing the "Primary" with appropriate step page resolved the issue.
