Custom filter value is not populating in run time

Summary
A report definition is configured to use a custom filter section.
The selected filter values are not applied to the current report run. Instead they are applied to the next report run.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run report with custom filter.
- Use some date properties in filter.
- Run the report by entering a specific date value.
Root Cause
This defect was caused by a side effect of HFix-33433.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34056.
