Summary
Customer Data is not propagating to Work Object through HandOff shape from Offer with Pega Marketing for Financial Services 7.21.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Campaign having Segment, Strategy, and Offer.
2. Use HandOff shape in Offer and call a case creation flow.
3. In pyDefault DT of the work class user OfferWorkPage page reference and set the properties to Work class property.
Root Cause
User has not configured the data set in the Customer class.
Resolution
Configure the data set to resolve the issue.
