Dashboard does not have refresh options for all widgets

Summary
Agile Studio 7.4 is installed on Pega 7.4.
In Agile Studio, the work assigned to a user does not display in the My Work widget until the user logs off and re-logs in to the application.
For example:
The My Work widget contains User Stories, Bugs, Tasks, and Issues assigned to users. Even when the tasks are resolved or reassigned, the tasks continue to display in the My Work widget until the user logs off and relogs in to the system which then updates the list.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add My Work widget to the dashboard.
- Reassign User Stories, Bugs, Tasks, and Issues to other users which are under MyWork. The User Stories, Bugs, Tasks, and Issues are still present under MyWork.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
A section present in the base framework did not have the Refresh button.
Resolution
Apply HFix-45803.
