Summary

User has a dashboard screen where they are showing list of work object that belongs to user 's work basket. When a user opens a workobject, then it will open in a new tab in same window. Now user does not change anything on the new tab and closes the new tab then the dashboard screen is refreshed and reloaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a dynamic container such as display the list of work objects and if we click on any work object, it will display the details of the work object in new tab in same window.
2) Open the dynamic container properties and check the option "Refresh when Active".
3) Open a work object then observe that it will open in a new tab in same window. Now user does not change anything on the new tab and closes the new then the dashboard screen is refreshed and reloaded.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
Configuration of  "Refresh when Active" option in dynamic container properties, then work object list tab will refresh when that tab is active.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change step:

Open Dynamic Container Properties > Uncheck the option >Refresh when Active and uncheck the configuration of "Refresh when Active" option in dynamic container properties.
