Dashboard Urgent Work list doesn't get auto-refreshed

Summary
In Pega 7.1.7, user has configured a button with "Open URL in window" and "Save" actions on click event. On launching the Case Manager portal and on creating the case, a popup window appears and the control returns to dashboard. It is observed that the current work object is not reflected in the dashboard.
Error Messages
No error messages.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a section with the a button.
2) Add "Open url in window" and "Save" actions on a "Click" event.
3) Launch Case Manager portal, create the case and observe that the current work object is not reflected in the Dashboard.
Root Cause
The function which calls the "pega.desktop.showHarness" of the dashboard is absent. This hinders the dashboard from getting refreshed.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change steps:
- Add the script "pega.desktop.showHarness" as configured on the dashboard in the "Run script" action on the button.
- Set replaceCurrent parameter to "true", also remove the value if any set for skipConflictCheck parameter.
