Data archival and purging not working

Summary
User complains that when executing Data archival and purging it is not getting executed.
When user clicks on the zip file the error message appears.
Also post execution user checked and found that the instances were not actually deleted.

Steps to Reproduce
- Use the Data archival and purging and execute manually
- Then click on files created link.
Root Cause
User/Operator, Delete statement corresponding to user inputs returned 0 results.
Resolution
SQL query identified by Global DB trace suggested user/operator error and selection of correct workpool rectifies the issue.
