Steps to Reproduce
- Open Print Section with print preview
- Set the print preview to have a horizontal scroll to display the total content
- Use out-of-the-box print functionality to print the sections
- Run the flow
Root Cause
This is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The print functionality is browser dependent and according to the paper size chosen.
The browser print for A4 size is 8.3 X 11.7, that is, around 798 X 1123 pixels.
