Data Import Wizard fails with assignment error

Summary
The Data Import Wizard fails with the below error on screen.
Error Messages
"Unable to perform {1}: assignment does not exist."
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to the Data Explorer in Designer Studio.
2. Select a data type or class that has instances.
3. Click on the Records tab on the newly opened tab.
4. Click on the "Import" button.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The data import wizard calls the flow PegaAccel-DataImport.pxDataRecordsImport which in turn calls the pzDataImport screen flow which is in Draft mode.
Because pzDataImport is in Draft mode, it cannot be run if the system is in Production level 5.
Resolution
Apply HFix-33682.
