User is getting PEGA0053 alert: Data page reload exceeded the frequency threshold very frequently in PegaAlerts log.
Data page D_pyMyCTICredentials reloaded 255 times per minute.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Interaction portal.
2. Log into CTI phone.
3. Create multiple interactions.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
It is observed that the 'Refresh strategy' under Load Management tab for data page D_pyMyCTICredentials is to 'Reload once per interaction'.
This refresh strategy may not be necessary for the D_pyMyCTICredentials data page.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Save the D_pyMyCTICredentials data page into the application rulesets and modify the refresh strategy by clearing the 'Reload once per interaction' option.
